Baby Teething Symptoms - What To Look
For

Although baby teething symptoms can be different for all
babies, there are certain signs that almost every parent will
experience at one point or the other. Here are the most common
signs of baby teething.
1. Fussy Baby
If you notice your baby crying and becoming fussy for no
other reason, your baby is more than likely beginning to have
teeth coming through.
As the tooth starts to poke through the gum, your baby is in
some pain. After the first few teeth the pain isn't as bad
because your baby senses what is going on.
2. Drooling
This is everyone's favorite teething symptom. Well, perhaps
not, but from 3-5 months of age you will notice your baby
drooling much of the time. Why? Because teething promotes
drooling.
3. Biting
Are you noticing your little one biting down or trying to
gnaw on different things? This is another thing babies do in
order to try and get some relief.
4. Fever
Another sign of baby teething can be a low grade fever. Many
doctors disagree with this notion, but as a parent I can say
with all certainty that it is true. If you notice the fever
persisting for 36-48 hours, call your pediatrician and let them
know about it.
5. Sleeping Difficulty
In some cases another sign and symptom of teething will be
difficulty in getting sound sleep. Your baby may wake up in the
middle of the night due to the pain.
These are the 5 main baby teething symptoms to be aware of.
The good news is that they go away fairly quick and before long
your baby will have their first set of pearly white
teeth.
